Urs Breitsprecher has more than ten years of experience in the area of complex M&A transactions and, thanks to his dual qualifications as a German lawyer and English solicitor, he specializes in cross-border transactions. In addition, Urs brings extensive expertise in corporate and group restructuring and their tax consequences as well as insolvency matters to the team. Urs has knowledge of Islamic finance.
His national and international clients include family-run companies, private corporations and family offices. He also advises foreign companies on investments in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Urs is married and has two children. In his spare time he likes to cook, surf and dive. When his time permits, he plays golf or spends an evening at the opera. Urs is an active member of the international environmental organization WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature).
