Maximilian Kruse advises his clients on IT law as well as on intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright law. In these fields, he represents clients from various industries such as mail-order-selling, product marketing and technology development. 

He has expertise and practical experience as a specialist attorney for intellectual property and a specialist attorney for IT law.

After completing his law studies with a focus on "Intellectual Property and Competition Law" at the University of Bayreuth as well as at the Universidad Pablo de Olavide Sevilla (Spain), Maximilian Kruse completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. After completing a further master's studies he obtained the academic degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law.
